Recipe: Broccoli Salad
* 2 cups broccoli
* 1 tbsp + 1 tsp rice vinegar
* 2 tsp of namo shoyu or coconut aminos
* 2 tsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp hemp seeds
* 3 tbsp of dried cranberries or raisins
* 1/4 cup of crushed walnuts
* 1/2 tsp of minced garlic
Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Put the chopped broccoli in a medium-sized bowl adding the vinegar, namo shoyu, sesame oil and mix. Marinate overnight and following day mix in the remaining ingredients.
Serve.
